[Phar25] APhA-ASP Patient Counseling Competition

Hello Everyone!

Are you passionate about patient care counseling or interested in
developing your skills? Consider participating in the APhA-ASP patient
counseling competition!

The 2023 Patient Care Counseling competition will be held on *Thursday
February 16th* and is open to all P1-P4 student pharmacists interested in
showcasing their clinical skills. The winner of the local competition will
represent CPHS at the National Patient Care Competition. The national
competition will be held during the APhA-ASP Annual Meeting & Exposition in
Phoenix, AZ. The winner of the local competition will receive a gift card,
and all participants will receive an APhA lapel pin. Campbell University
has historically performed very well in the national competition and made

*Competition Details:*

   - *February 8th by 11:59 PM*: Deadline to sign-up
   - *February 9th at 8:00 AM:* Counseling drug list and grading rubric
   released to participants who sign-up for competition by Feb 8th
   - *February 9th-16th:* Participants practice and prepare for competition
   - *February 13th at 1:00 PM*: Participants sign-up for a 5 minute
competition
   time-slot
   - *February 16th:* Patient Counseling Competition Day (12:00 - 1:30PM time
   slots available)
