[Phar25] Monthly Funding Request Reminder

Hello All,

I wanted to notify everyone that monthly funding requests are due by the
second Wednesday of each month. The due date for this month is *October
12th by 8am*. Please make sure to submit your funding requests on time, as
no *retroactive requests* will be accepted. If you have any questions or
concerns please reach out to me via the PSEB Treasurer email. Thank you!
