Sent on behalf of CUSOM's Global Health Club:

Hi everyone,

We all have the power to do something good for someone else. One small thing can change someone's life or even save it. When we come together to help humankind, we make our mark on the world.

Approximately 20 percent of blood collections come from young donors like college students. Hospital patients are relying on us to give blood to help ensure blood is available for the lifesaving treatments they need. It's one of the few powerful ways we can give-human to human. And, when we give blood through the American Red Cross, we pay human kindness forward.

Show the best of yourself and human kindness. Sign up to give blood and let's save lives together. Give blood and show you are #Humankind.

A Humankind Blood Drive

Sponsored by The Global Health Club on Tuesday March 29th from 11am - 3:30pm in the first floor lobby of Levine Hall (on the Health Sciences Campus). Please consider donating to save a life, we are currently behind on recruitment and still need 45 more donors! If your blood type is O+, O-, A-, or B- please consider signing for a power red donation spot!

Here are three easy ways you can schedule your blood donation appointment today:

  * Visit RedCrossBlood.org<https://www.redcrossblood.org/give.html/find-drive> and enter sponsor code: SOSA
  * Download the Red Cross Blood Donor App<https://www.redcrossblood.org/blood-donor-app.html>
  *   Email us at jdhatcher0917 at email.campbell.edu<mailto:jdhatcher0917 at email.campbell.edu> and s_kolb0905 at email.campbell.edu<mailto:s_kolb0905 at email.campbell.edu>

Encourage someone you know to make an appointment with you! Forward this email and encourage others to sign up.

Please share this with your Campbell friends to help us make the blood drive even more successful!

Thank you!

Jessie Hatcher and Sam Kolb

P.S. On the day of your appointment, use RapidPass<https://www.redcrossblood.org/donate-blood/manage-my-donations/rapidpass.html> to complete your pre-donation reading and health history online before you come to donate blood, especially if you sign up for power red! This could save about 15 minutes of your time at the blood drive.
