[Phar25] PSEB ASHP Midyear Reimbursement - IMPORTANT - READ ALL

Hello pharmacy students!

*PLEASE READ THIS EMAIL IN ITS ENTIRETY!!*

A new amendment was voted on today regarding reimbursement from PSEB for
ASHP midyear. The following *was approved *and outlines those who are
eligible for reimbursement from PSEB:

PSEB will cover $150 of midyear registration for all P4 students. This same
reimbursement amount will also be provided to all P1s, P2s, and P3s who are
presenting at midyear.

The president (or designated member) of SSHP will also be eligible for this
same registration reimbursement with the expectation of presenting
information to the full student body.

SSHP members and APhA-ASP shall submit one funding request for Midyear
Clinical Meeting (MCM) and annual meeting respectively.

Funding requests must be submitted to potentially receive reimbursement
from PSEB.

Members of SSHP will submit 1 funding request through SSHP. If you are not
a member of SSHP you will need to submit a separate funding request.

Funding requests will be presented in the November meeting (November
17th). *Requests
should be submitted to the PSEB treasurer no later than November 10th! NO
RETROACTIVE REQUESTS WILL BE APPROVED. *This is clearly stated in the
constitution for funding requests for all events submitted to PSEB.

Per information I received directly from ASHP, the $150 registration fee
for ASHP members is the set price until registration closes. If you are a
member and paid $340, you are eligible for partial reimbursement using the
following information below:

ASHP is partnering with SPARGO, Inc. as the official registration provider
for the Midyear meeting. If you have a question related to registration,
please contact the ASHP Customer Registration Center at
ashpregistration at spargoinc.com   or by phone at 866-849-9828
(International) or 571-549-4546 (Domestic). The ASHP Customer Registration
Center hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET.
