[Phar25] MIDYEAR -- November Funding Request

Hello Camels,


I hope that this email finds you well! This email is a reminder that ALL
November funding requests (including Midyear requests) are due *Friday
11/12 by 11:59 pm.* No retrospective request will be allowed after this
deadline so, please plan accordingly.


*For Midyear: *


We are taking individual funding requests for midyear for P1, P2, and P3
poster presenters and all P4 students who are NOT current members of
Campell's SSHP. If you are an SSHP member, please hold tight because they
will submit one single request for their members.


*At this time, you only need to turn in the funding request form attached
below. Please save your receipt for after your funding request has been
approved.* You will submit your receipts along with your identification
form (a separate form also found on the PSEB Blackboard website) to confirm
your payment of the registration fee and your attendance at midyear.
