[Phar25] Update on ID Instructions

Good Afternoon Incoming PharmD Students,

It was brought to my attention that the attachment with instructions for submitting your ID photo was not working. Please see the attachment for instructions. This attachment is also available in module 3 of CPHS Online Orientation in Blackboard.

If you are current Campbell student, you may reuse your photo on file, but please send an email (via the instructions), letting IT know you would like to use the photo on file.

ID cards will be handed out during on-site orientation on August 5th. Feel free to email me with any questions.
