I am writing to request your participation in a research study examining <b>Factors influencing physician assistants’ willingness to serve as preceptors.
</b>The purpose of the study is to investigate the factors that influence physician assistants' willingness to serve as preceptors for students in North Carolina, focusing on motivators, barriers, and perceptions across various clinical settings. By collecting
data through surveys, the research aims to identify key themes that can inform strategies to enhance preceptorship engagement, ultimately improving the educational experience for students and addressing workforce needs in the healthcare system. The findings
will help develop targeted interventions and support mechanisms to encourage more physician assistants to take on preceptor roles.</div>
