If you agree to join this study, you will participate in a one-time <b>60-minute virtual focus group via Zoom</b>, discussing your experiences working in a PA-physician team. To ensure confidentiality, PAs and physicians will have separate sessions. A non-clinician
moderator with qualitative research experience will facilitate open discussion.</div>

<b>Eligibility</b></div>

We are seeking licensed PAs and physicians who:</div>

• Are currently licensed and practicing in North Carolina for at least the past 12 months,</div>

• Have at least 12 months of experience working in a PA-physician team with the same PA or physician, and</div>
