Good Afternoon Ms. Nordan,

I am reaching out to inquire as to whom I should speak to regarding New Grad Physician Assistants seeking employment locally.

My practice, Mountcastle Medical & Med Spa, located in Lillington, has grown quickly and is thriving since opening in August 2021. Currently, we have four providers, and are seeking to add a new Physician Assistant to our team. We offer competitive pay, benefits, time off, CME allowance, and reimbursement for licensure.

We are an independent practice specializing in Primary Care, Integrative Medicine, Addiction Medicine, and Pain Management. Our providers are adept in a large variety of Interventional Pain Management and Orthopedic procedures which are utilized to reduce the amount of opioids necessary to improve patients’ pain and quality of life. We also provide Med Spa services including therapeutic IV hydration, Botox, dermal filler, PRP injections, and medical weight loss.

Mountcastle Medical and Med Spa believes in restoring the health, healing, and hope of every patient and our community as a whole. We are presently seeking applicants to fill our Physician Assistant vacancy. The ideal candidate:
-Is a confident professional with outstanding team building and interpersonal skills, practicing efficiently as a member of a team and independently; -Has ambition, drive and adaptability to quickly master new skills and knowledge, and succeed in the duties and responsibilities of a Physician Assistant; -Possesses integrity, strong moral code, and consideration for the needs of others, easily building affinity and trust with people from all backgrounds, age groups and life circumstances; -Is goal driven with unmatched commitment, sound diagnostic and problem resolution skills, and ability to remain calm and composed during emergent and life-threatening situations; -Strives to provide quality care through complete investigation, evaluation and treatment while delivering focus, compassion, support, and sincerity; -Possesses steady and dexterous hands, attention to detail and enjoyment of technical processes, finding great satisfaction in performing procedural skills, with interest in learning and performing a wide array of minor in-office surgical procedures; -Delivers uncompromising work ethic, bedside manner, and unparalleled communication skills even in difficult situations.
I enjoy observing and nurturing the dedication, compassion, and enthusiasm for learning most New Grads exhibit; and I love to teach. New grads are encouraged to apply and will work closely with me for the first four to six months while receiving the training needed to feel comfortable and confident in practicing more autonomously.
