Good Morning, Class,

I've gotten a question here and there about the details of your upcoming white coat ceremony so I wanted to send one more email sharing this information. Please see below, if there is anything else you have questions about, please let me know.

White Coat Ceremony

  *   Date: August 22, 2025 @ 2:00pm (ceremony will last for approximately one hour)
  *   Location: Gore Arena (Convocation Center)
  *   Coats have been distributed
     *   You are responsible for bringing your coat with you to the ceremony and having it pressed and ready to go
     *   Please do not wear nametags to this event as they are inclined to fall off during the process
  *   Students will be required to arrive at 1:15pm to line up McCall Court at the back of the Convocation Center
     *   You will enter that back door of the building by the parking lot, guests will be required to go around to the front entrance
  *   Doors will open to guests at 12:30
  *   Tickets are not required for guests to enter the building
  *   We will have golf carts available for those who need assistance walking to the venue.
  *   The live stream has been distributed but I am including the invitation again so you can pull the link from there if you need.
  *   Dress Code
     *   Business professional (no suit jackets)
     *   Please remember to be cautious of dress/skirt length, as well as having appropriate shoes, as you will be walking across the stage, going up and down stairs, and being coated center stage.
