[Pa26] Clarification on dress code

Hi everyone,

To clarify, for the rest of block 5, ties are no longer required. Polo shirts or other long or short-sleeved collared shirts are allowed. These should be tucked in when worn with slacks. They can be untucked on scrubs days. We will revert to "Campbell Professional" after the end of block 5.
