Dear colleague,

My name is Delaney Provenza and I am an Assistant Professor at Wake Forest School of Medicine in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies. Myself and two of our clinical year students, Abigail Donnellan and Addison Butler, are conducting a research study on an educational questionnaire called the Learning and Study Strategies Inventory (LASSI). This is a 10-scale, 60-item survey which takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. The study has IRB approval through the Wake Forest School of Medicine.
We would like to invite your students to participate in this research study by taking the LASSI questionnaire free of charge. The students will have access to their results after participating in the research study and can find information for how to interpret their results on the LASSI website<https://www.hhpublishing.com/ap/_assessments/LASSI-3rd-Edition.html>.
Attached to this email is (1) an informed consent document, and (2) instructions on how to participate in the research study, including information to access the LASSI free of charge.
