will be split into 2 groups (Mrs. Gerstner will let you know who is in group 1 vs group 2)<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This is one of the best resources you can use at home when practicing. I want you each to watch and review the Vertical Mattress and the Horizontal Mattress techniques before the class. Then we will practice as faculty is present to answer
questions, observe, and provide tips/tricks to help you become proficient.<o:p></o:p></p>
