Hi All,
It has recently come to my attention that as you are completing the applications for your medical board licenses, you may come across forms that need to be notarized. I wanted to let you know if you have a need for a notary, please let me know and I can notarize forms for you. I am a notary and do not charge for this service so you do not need to go out and pay someone for this, I'm more than happy to help you however I can with these documents.
