Dear Dr. Gerstner,
I am currently recruiting for a Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Provider (APP) position on behalf of McLeod Health in Florence, SC. As part of my search, I wanted to reach out to see if you have any recent physician assistant graduates who may be interested in this opportunity.
This hospital-employed position offers a great balance of surgical first-assist and patient care responsibilities. The APP will work directly alongside a neurosurgeon, gaining valuable hands-on experience and mentorship in a supportive environment. The role includes a Monday-Friday schedule with some variability, a manageable call schedule, and a competitive compensation and benefits package. Additional perks include a CME allowance, PTO, malpractice insurance, a sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.
