Please see below regarding the upcoming May 2025 Graduation ceremony
Good morning,
We are writing to inform you of the events and activities regarding the May 2025 Graduation Cycle & Commencement Ceremonies, which will be held the week of May 8-11, 2025. Once final details of the May Ceremonies are solidified, the Registrar's Office will post them to their website and email them to the students who have applied around mid-March.

All official communication from the Registrar's office will go to your official Campbell University issued email address. If you have not set this up or do not have it forwarded to the email account you check regularly, please contact the IT Services Help Desk<https://www.campbell.edu/information-technology-services/it-service-desk/> for how-to instructions.

The Application for Graduation Starts the Process:
The deadline to apply is March 14, 2025. You  must submit a graduation application regardless of participation in the ceremony. We must have an application on file for every candidate, no later than noon on March 14, 2025, the final deadline.

How to Apply:
The application process is completely online for all applicants. For the application form you will need the following:

  *   Campbell University Issued Student ID
  *   Degree you are pursuing*
  *   Major you are pursuing
  *   Home Campus Location
  *   Your contact information including: phone, CU email, and mailing address
*For our students participating in Dual Degrees such as MSCR/MPAP or MSPH/MPAP, you will need to file 2 graduation applications, one for each degree.*

In addition to completing the application, all students are also required to complete the attached form and return this to me by March 7, 2025.

  *   Please include only the courses that are to be taken from May-July.
  *   You do NOT need to get an advisor signature on the form. Please just ensure your signature is on both pages and send to me. I will have it signed and submitted.

Upcoming Events & Important Dates

March 14: Deadline to apply for graduation: Graduation application deadline, all applications after this date will be considered late.

March 24th and 25th: Bookstore Grad Fair: March 24th from 10:00am to 4:00pm and March 25th from 11:00am to 6:00pm in The Bazaar in the Oscar N. Harris Student Union on Main Campus in Buies Creek. Students may contact the bookstore directly to place an order.
Week of May 8-10: Ceremonies will stretch across multiple days from May 8-10th depending upon degree, college and campus location. Once logistics for all of the ceremonies are finalized an informational email will be sent to those students who have applied and posted to the Graduation Ceremonies page<https://www.campbell.edu/registrar/graduation/graduation-ceremonies/>. Any student with a Bursar's Office hold will not be allowed to participate. Please contact the Bursar's Office to resolve any holds on your account.
