[Pa25] MAW Tournament Last Minute Reminders!!

Hello everyone!

I just wanted to send a quick reminder email for the golf tournament this
Saturday, June 1st.

1. Please be on time for your "shift". There will be different
areas/stations that you can help with, but if you can, please look for
things to do to be helpful. If you can't find me for some reason, you can
talk to Mrs. Bentley, Mrs. Gerstner, Sallie, Sampson or Gab for help.

2. *ATTIRE:* Any Campbell PA T-shirt and white/khaki/grey/black
shorts/skorts; no flip flops or sandals. We are at a golf course, so it has
been requested that *no one wears jeans of any kind*!! Keep it classy. 😜

3. It will be HOT! Please make sure to bring your own water, gatorade,
and/or snacks/food. We will not be able to provide the class with these
items, as we have an allotment for golfers only. Don't forget your
sunscreen!

Here is a tentative schedule for the day:

10:00 AM Setup/Decorations/Tee Signs/Tables
11:30 AM Check-ins, $$ Raffle, silent auction, $$ Add-ons
12:30 PM Putting Competition/Winner & Prizes
12:45 PM MAW Speech/Golfer Instructions
1:00 PM Shotgun Start for Tournament
4:30/5:00 PM Set Up Food and Cutlery
5:30 PM Announce Raffle Winners (dependent on golfer finish)
6:00 PM Announce Tournament Winners/Prizes (dependent on golfer finish)
6:30 PM Cleanup

tournament!! You guys are the best!
