Dear Students,



Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) have always been important to the Campbell University PA Program. To continue fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion and to better understand how the students feel the program is doing along with the experiences you have had in DEI, a survey has been created to capture your feedback and insights. This survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete and can be completed on a computer or mobile device/smartphone.
