[Pa25] Surgery lecture clarification

Good evening,

We just wanted to provide clarification from the GI Surgery lecture- anorectal pathologies.  On slide 31, it was noted that ulcerative colitis was the more common cause of anal fistulas.  Please note that perianal disease in UC is uncommon.  It is much more common for patients with Crohn's to have perianal disease (anal fissures, abscesses, and fistulas).
