[Pa25] New vaccine requirement

Hello everyone!  You may notice a new vaccine requirement listed under Compliance in EXXAT - the meningococcal vaccine.  This was recently added as a recommended vaccine for healthcare workers by the CDC, and to remain compliant with our accreditation, our requirements must match that of the CDC's recommendations.

Most of you likely had this vaccine series as a teenager or before heading off to dorm-living in college.  I have set the requirement date to upload your documents or receive your first meningococcal vaccine (if you haven't gotten it as a teenager) by December 31st, however, please check your immunization records ASAP and if you have had it, go ahead and upload this documentation into EXXAT  so that we can show compliance to our accrediting body when they come for our site visit in 2 weeks!
