[Pa24] FW: Rain plan for class photos

Hello Class,
There will still be a class photo for your whole class at 12:30 on Friday before graduation. I would encourage all of you to be there EARLY as the first group that has everyone in place usually gets to have their photo taken sooner and can be done sooner.

With that in mind, they are doing the photo rain or shine.

If we have dry weather, we will stick with the front steps of Taylor Hall. If the weather is drizzle or rain, it will be at the steps inside Maddox Hall.

Subject: Rain plan for class photos

Hello,
There is a chance of rain in the forecast for Thursday and Friday of this week, May 9 and 10. If it is raining, we will gather in Maddox Hall and use the staircase in the lobby for the photos. If possible, we will keep the original location at the steps of Taylor Hall as the meeting place.

What to tell students: If it is not raining at the time for photos, go to Taylor Hall. If it is drizzly or raining at that time, go to Maddox Hall. Arrive a few minutes early, so you have walking time to the correct location.

Rain Location:

Thursday, May 9 - PharmD only at 3:30 p.m. Gather in the lobby of Maddox Hall.

Friday, May 10 - All other programs at 12:30 p.m. Rooms 117 and 130 in Maddox Hall have been reserved for students to gather.
