[Pa24] Update on Coaters

Dear Students,

I hope this message finds you well and excited as we approach our much-anticipated White Coat Ceremony. This event marks a significant milestone in your journey, and we are looking forward to celebrating this momentous occasion with you and your loved ones.

There are some updates regarding the ceremony's logistics, particularly concerning the selection of individuals to assist in the coating portion of the event. Each year, we strive to make the ceremony a memorable and smooth experience for everyone involved. Due to the seating logistics, we are only able to allow each student choose one individual to assist them during the coating segment.

We understand that this decision may be disappointing to those who have submitted requests but please know this decision was not made lightly. After much consideration and due to the growing number of requests for multiple coaters within your class, we are simply unable to fulfill all of these requests this year forcing us to adhere strictly to the policy as it would not be appropriate for some requests to be met but not all.

Many programs do not allow students to select any coater and to be coated by a program representative so we are fortunate to still have this privilege for you. We encourage you to select someone who holds a special place in your heart and who you feel best represents your support system as you take this next step in your professional career. Regardless of the number, the significance of the moment remains profound, and we intend to make it as special as possible for you and your chosen loved one.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Please feel free to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you might have and please update Mrs. Tirado with your one coater ASAP. We are here to support you and ensure that your White Coat Ceremony is a joyous and seamless experience.
