[Pa24] Long White Coat Ceremony Updates & Reminders

Good Afternoon,
Below are some reminder's and updates for tomorrow's ceremony. Please read carefully.


  *   There seems to have been some confusion regarding the class photo. As discussed during the walk-through, the class photo will be happening immediately following the ceremony NOT before. Faculty will be joining you for the photo after the ceremony.
     *   We have two options for the photo.
        *   Weather Permitting: You will immediately walk out of D. Rich straight to the steps of Taylor Hall where you will take the photo on the front steps.
        *   Rain Back-up Plan: You will recess to the left hallway and back around D. Rich and enter back onto the stage and the photographer will arrange you for two different photos. One with everyone on the stage and a second one with half of you on the floor directly in front of the stage and the other half of you on the stage.
  *   Please arrive to D. Rich with your coater AND your coat by 1:15pm
     *   Last name A-K will go to room 116
     *   Last name L-Z will go to room 119
  *   Doors will open to guests at 12:30pm
     *   Golf carts will be available to assist those who need assistance getting from the parking lot to the building
     *   Parking will be at the Fine Arts parking Lot

I know there are a lot of details but please let me know if there are still any outstanding questions that need to be addressed. We are looking forward to seeing you tomorrow!
