[Pa24] Fwd: NCCPA Account & PANCE Registration

Good Evening,
I apologize for the late email but I wanted to give you all an update as I know many of you have tried getting logged in.

Despite my best efforts to get ahead of having you uploaded into the system right on the 180 day mark, NCCPA does an eligibility verification of your account prior to allowing y’all to actually log in and due to the holiday that verification is delayed. Like us, they were closed today and no one was responding to emails but we did end up receiving an automated email letting us know once this verification is complete you will receive an email directly from NCCPA. I expect they will do this at some point tomorrow when they reopen.

Please note, when you do receive this email, you will only have 72 hours to login for that first time to activate your account before NCCPA deactivates it. If you do not log in within 72 hours, I will have to reset your account in the dashboard.

I will follow up tomorrow if I receive different information from them but this is what I have found out as of now.

I have reached out to NCCPA this morning in an attempt to find out what is going on with your accounts. The majority of you are unable to get logged in, however, on my end, I have confirmed all information has been uploaded correctly.  I am working diligently to get this resolved and will let you know as soon as I have some answers.

If for any reason you have issues getting logged in, please let me know as soon as possible, many hands do touch our spreadsheets and while I have gone in and done my best do double check the birthdates and emails before uploading your information into the system, there could be a transposed number somewhere in there that could have been overlooked. Either way, everything has been submitted and you should be all good to go.
