Campbell University May 2024 Graduation Application Cycle is now OPEN.
College of Pharmacy and Health Science graduation will be held on May 10, 2024. Final logistics of the ceremony will be made available as soon as we are able. Students who are academically cleared to graduate at the end of the term, will graduate, but only when the student has applied for Graduation before the deadline March 8, 2024.
In addition to completing the application by following the instructions below, all students are also required to complete the attached form and return this to me by the March 8, 2024 deadline.
The Application for Graduation Starts the Process:

The deadline to apply is March 8, 2024. We must have an application on file for every candidate.

The Application for Graduation is the "key" that initiates your graduation process:
1. Adds your name to the candidate list
2. Assures the Registrar's Office or the appropriate Graduate or Professional School performs a final audit of your record to certify your graduation
3. Assures the Registrar's Office has the most recent address, email, and contact information should we need to reach you quickly
4. Assures that you receive information pertinent to the graduation activities as they become available or should changes occur
5. Assures that once your degree has been certified that your transcripts are properly annotated with your graduation information


How to Apply:
The application process is completely online for all applicants. For the application form you will need the following and complete the questions that apply.

Phone number and alternate email after graduation: Emails concerning graduation will be sent to your CU email.

Campus/School Location: Select College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences (Graduate/1st Prof)

Degree to be listed on Diploma: (Please select based on your program)

        Major: (Please select based on your program)

        Concentration: Leave blank
Name as it will appear on your diploma and in the graduation program:  Do not use all upper or all lower-case letters, please type as   Jane Sue Doe. Your Name will appear on the diploma and in the program as typed in the box.

Hometown City/State to be printed in the program: Do not use all upper or all lower-case letters, please type as Buies Creek, NC. Name will appear in the program as typed in the box.

Mailing Address after graduation:  Your diploma will be mailed to this address. If you have a change of address, please email Melissa Mclamb at mclambm at campbell.edu<mailto:mclambm at campbell.edu> to update.
Did you earn a previous degree: Yes or No.  If Yes: You must complete the following: Degree (BA, BS) give full name of school and year awarded.

*If you are a dual student list under the Graduate Degree and year awarded or 2024. If you earn a previous master's degree (MA,MS) give full name of school and year awarded.

*Students participating in Dual Degrees such as PharmD/MBA,  PharmD/MSCR, etc. will need to file 2 graduation applications, one for each degree.*

Additional dates to mark your calendars:

  *   The May 2024 graduation application cycle is now open.
  *   March 8: Initial application deadline, all applications after this date will be considered LATE.
  *   March 18 and 19: Bookstore Grad Fair from 11:00am to 6:00pm in The Bazaar in the Oscar N. Harris Student Union on Main Campus in Buies Creek. Please Note: If ordering online do not delay allow extra time for shipping.
  *   Week of May 9-11: Ceremonies will stretch across multiple ceremonies from May 9-11th depending upon degree, college and campus location. Once logistics for all of the ceremonies are finalized an informational email will be sent to those students who have applied and posted to the Graduation Ceremonies page<https://www.campbell.edu/registrar/graduation/graduation-ceremonies/>. Any student with a Bursar's Office hold will not be allowed to participate. Please contact the Bursar's Office to resolve any holds on your account.
  *   May 15: Final official transcripts with degrees will be ready via Campbell University's Parchment website. Official transcripts ordered before this date have no guarantee of showing final degree status.
