I hope this message finds you well. My name is Cameron M. Ghalayini, and I am a program coordinator with the University of Florida College of Medicine - Department of Surgery.

We are excited to announce that the department is currently recruiting PA's, new graduates & seasoned physicians assistants alike, for the departments PA General Surgery Residency. Aligned with the University's ACGME-accredited General Surgery residency, our program offers a comprehensive training environment designed to advance residents' skills as surgical providers.

Residents will gain hands-on experience working alongside our expert faculty, advanced practitioners, and residents. Our program emphasizes practical learning, offering a competitive salary, health insurance, a range of clinical rotations, a structured didactic curriculum, protected learning time, CME credit opportunities, and pathways to join UF Shands as surgical providers.

We are currently recruiting applicants for a Fall 2024 (September 1st) start.
