Dear Ben,

I have below a drafted email to send to the PA program to help you recruit
mentors for the Campbell Healer Collaborative organization to serve as
mentors through the EmpowerU mentoring program for undergraduate students.
Please edit the beginning to fit how you want to introduce yourself as the
representative of the PA program serving on the executive board.

Please have them return their applications by Wednesday next week.

Hello everyone and welcome back, For those who I haven't met, my name is
Ben Britt and I have been asked on behalf of the Campbell Healer
Collaborative (CHC) executive board to get this to you all ASAP. This is a
new orgnization started by a good friends of mine, Michael Dennis in the DO
program. The first purpose of the Campbell Healer Collaborative is to serve
undergraduate students in offering informative panel sessions, mocktail
socials, an end of year dinner, multiple community service opportunities,
and constructive workshops to help them get more informed about the nine
graduate health programs here at Campbell University. Secondly, the CHC is
here to integrate the nine graduate health programs to help foster a closer
community between the different career paths in medicine.

The Campbell Healer Collaborative, in collaboration with the Office of
Interprofessional Education, is excited to announce a new mentoring program
for undergraduate students, EMPOWER U.

EMPOWER U needs mentors from the PA program.  Please find attached the
eligibility requirements to serve as a mentor.  If you are interested in
volunteering and meet the criteria, please register today using the above
'register here' link! This is a great opporitunity to give back and foster
the spirit of what it means to be a PA, and show that to the rest of the
university. Finally, this email is not going to the first years, as we do
not meet the requirements, so we are counting on you all to be our voice!

Please submit your applicaitons by *Wednesday, August 16, 2023 by 5:00 pm.*
