[Pa24] DO/PA Panel Contacts for CUPA '25

We have officially survived 2 entire weeks of rotations!

I hope you are all doing well. As a way to give the next class a head start
on preparing for the DO/PA panel for 2024, I thought it would be nice for
us to collect contact info from any Physician/PA duo you see during
rotations that you think would be good panelists (with their permission, of
course). I have attached a Google sheets doc to put information in. Please
let me know if you cannot access it.

Remember to be kind to yourself during this transition into the title of
"PA-S2" :)
