Good Afternoon,
As we are coming to the end of the spring semester and beginning the summer terms, I need to bring it to your attention once more to please be prepared for potential delayed tuition reimbursement. This has been mentioned before but we felt it important to send out a reminder. Due to the quick turnaround in your semester from spring to summer, as well as the transition difference between the first and second year classes, the financial aid office does not run academic progress until ALL program grades are entered. The first year spring semester is not officially over until May 12th. While the faculty and staff will work diligently to get grades entered as soon as possible so that this can be done as quickly as we can, there is little control we can have over when financial aid is able to actually run the reports.

One way to keep a notice on when you can expect to see your refund hit your bank account is to watch your student account online. The office has approximately 10-14 days from the date that the funds hit your student account to send it to your bank. Then from there it depends on how long it takes your bank to process the deposit. Ideally, you should have the funds by mid/late May at the absolute latest.

Thank you,
