Hi Mrs. Gerstner,

I hope you’re doing well!! I have decided to lease out a room/bathroom in my 2b2b condo. I live 5 min north of downtown Raleigh and 5 min south of North Hills, in what the powers at be are trying to call “midtown” as Raleigh expands. Walkable to Wegmans, Starbucks, Trader Joes, restaurants, and soon to be Chik-fil-a ;) More importantly, only 7 minutes to WakeMed, 15 minutes to Rex, and no more than 15-25 minutes to even the furthest Wake county rotation sites (Zebulon, Wake Forest, etc). Fully furnished. Super convenient to get anywhere. 

If you have any students doing rotations in the area needing a place to stay, I’ll be renting it out for $700 a month with everything included (furniture, electricity, water, internet, etc.).
