<p class="MsoNormal">I wanted to share a unique opportunity within our NICU at ECU Health Maynard Children’s Hospital for new graduate PAs and ask that you share this with your students. We are happy to announce our NICU PA Transition to Practice Program that
affords the new graduate a 6-month protected orientation inclusive of didactic, high fidelity simulation, and hands on training in our 72-bed Level IV NICU. In comparison to many traditional post-graduate fellowship programs, this opportunity brings the new
