<p class="MsoNormal">I hope you're doing well and enjoying the summer! I wanted to reach out to see if any students in the graduating class are interested in NICU. The NICU at ECU Health Children's Hospital has a few open positions currently. The team started
a transition-to-practice model for new-grad PAs, where they get an extensive orientation program. It is in some ways similar to a fellowship program where they get extra didactic and SIM training, but they get paid as a new-hire (not a salary reduction like
in a typical APP fellowship program). If you have any interested students, please feel free to pass along my information. I am still in PICU, but I am happy to connect them with my NICU colleagues. The NICU here is hoping to grow their PA presence, so I told
