  * Turn your phone OFF and place bags and all devices/phones out of the classroom.
  * Start up your computer and open Examplify.
  * The following items ARE permitted during the exam:
     * Your Campbell laptop and charger
     *   A writing utensil
     * Ear plugs (these will be available to you from the proctor)
     * If necessary, you can bring a sweater/cardigan with no pockets
     * The password/scratch paper that will be given to you
  * The following items are NOT permitted and must be left outside of the classroom either in your locker, your car, or in the small group room reserved for the PA exam (please pay attention to the schedules outside the small group rooms to ensure you are using the correct room. The small groups rooms will not be monitored during the exam.):
     *   Phones
     *   Smart watches
     * Bookbags, laptop cases, textbooks, study materials, etc.
     * Water bottles, food, and drinks of any kind
     *   Large coats and blankets
     *   Headphones
     *   Ear buds
  * Use the restroom prior to beginning your exam.
  * The exam will begin at 8:00 AM sharp. Please be in your seats by 8:50 AM.
  * Classroom 208 is used as a quiet study space the morning before an exam. If you choose to study quietly inside the classroom, please make sure your belongings are put away and you are in your seat by the appropriate time. Please keep conversation to a minimum. Group study must take place outside the classroom.

During the exam:

  1. Should you need to use the restroom during the exam, please sign in and out and write the time you leave and return, using the clock positioned next to the sign out sheet. If breaks become habitually excessive, the issue will be addressed directly.
  2. When you complete your exam, click "Exam Options," and "Submit Exam".
  3. Please do not close your laptop until you see a "green screen," signifying that your exam has successfully uploaded.
  4. Once you see the "green screen," collect your belongings, turn in your password/honor code sheet and any scratch paper, and exit the classroom quietly.
  5. If you have trouble uploading, try to disconnect from CUWireless, reconnect to CUWireless, then "retry upload"; if this does not work, simply raise your hand and the proctor will assist you.
  6. When you complete your exam, you will see a splash screen giving you a raw score for your exam. This means that you will see how many total questions you have answered correctly. Please note that this does not indicate your performance on the exam at each course level. The raw score is simply meant to give you an overall idea of your performance.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
