Campbell University May 2023 Graduation Application Cycle is now OPEN.
College of Pharmacy and Health Science will hold the PharmD graduation on May 12, 2023. Final logistics of the ceremony will be made available as soon as we are able. Students who are academically cleared to graduate at the end of the term, will graduate, but only when the student has applied for Graduation before the deadline March 10, 2023.

The Application for Graduation Starts the Process:
To ensure that you are processed, and your diploma is available by the graduation date, you must apply for graduation before March 10, 2023 (See below for application instructions).

The Application for Graduation is the "key" that initiates your graduation process:
1. Adds your name to the candidate list
2. Assures the Registrar's Office or the appropriate Graduate or Professional School performs a final audit of your record to certify your graduation
3. Assures the Registrar's Office has the most recent address, email, and contact information should we need to reach you quickly
4. Assures that you receive information pertinent to the graduation activities as they become available or should changes occur
5. Assures that once your degree has been certified that your transcripts are properly annotated with your graduation information

*If you are a dual degree student you must complete two graduation applications, one for each degree. Be sure to include previous degree(s) full name of school, degree, and year to be awarded on each application. *

How to Apply:
The application process is completely online for all applicants. For the application form you will need the following and complete the questions that apply.

Campbell University Issued Student ID

Phone number and alternate email after graduation: Emails concerning graduation will be sent to your CU email.

Campus/School Location: Select College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences (Graduate/1st Prof)

Degree to be listed on Diploma: Doctor of Pharmacy

        Major: Pharmacy

        Concentration: Leave blank
Name as it will appear on your diploma and in the graduation program:  Do not use all upper or all lower-case letters, please type as Jane Sue Doe. Your Name will appear on the diploma and in the program as typed in the box.

Hometown City/State to be printed in the program: Do not use all upper or all lower-case letters, please type as Buies Creek, NC. Name will appear in the program as typed in the box.

Mailing Address after graduation:  Your diploma will be mailed to this address. If you have a change of address, please email Melissa Mclamb at mclambm at campbell.edu<mailto:mclambm at campbell.edu> to update.
Did you earn a previous degree or if you are dual enrolled: Yes or No.  If Yes: You must complete the following: Degree (BA, BS, or Masters) full name of school and year awarded or to be awarded if you are dual enrolled.

Additional dates to mark your calendars:

  *   February 15: May graduation cycle opens by noon.
  *   March 10: Application deadline, all applications after this date will be considered LATE.
  *   Week of May 8: Graduation Ceremonies TBA. Final logistics will be announced as soon as they are available.
