Bidding for Phase 1 of Fall On Campus Interviews (OCIs) starts July 10!

On June 21 at noon and again on June 28 at 5:30 Dean Giancola and Director Underwood will host virtual drop ins to answer all your OCI questions. On Tuesday, June 27 at 6:00 pm we are delighted to welcome attorneys from Nelson Mullins to the law school. They will host a workshop on Prepping for OCI Interviews with big law firms. The workshop will focus on resume and cover letter do's and don'ts and how to prepare for interviews with large firms generally and Am Law 100 firms specifically. There will be time for questions at the end. Whitney Hosey will join Campbell Law alums Cassie Holt and Matt Gorda to lead the workshop. We will set up a live stream via zoom for students who are out of town and cannot attend in person. As you make summer travel plans, keep in mind that you will need to be present for in person interviews during Phase 1 even though classes have not yet begun

Important OCI Policy Update:

The Career Center staff will be spot checking application materials submitted during OCIs and Resume Collects. Your materials are a reflection of you as young professionals and attention to detail is important. Allow plenty of time to edit and proofread each individual application to ensure it is polished, professional and complete.

Application materials that are incomplete, have careless errors, are incorrectly formatted or otherwise do not appear polished and professional will be withdrawn and will not be submitted to employers. If we withdraw your application materials, you will be notified. If time allows, you can correct the errors and re-submit your materials.

**We strongly suggest you avoid waiting to the very last minute to submit application materials.

We are happy to schedule a time to meet with you in person, virtually or by phone to answer any questions you may have or to help you update your resume, polish your interviewing skills or simply talk through strategy before OCIs begin in July.
