<p>The Honorable Adam M. Conrad, Special Superior Court Judge for Complex Business Cases, seeks a full-time judicial law clerk to begin
<strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">August 2024</span></strong> in the Charlotte chambers of the North Carolina Business Court. Responsibilities include conducting legal research; drafting memoranda, orders, and opinions; participating in
courtroom and chambers proceedings; and assisting in case management. The clerkship term will be 1 or 2 years. Applications accepted from Spring 2024 graduating classes or earlier. Applicants should have keen critical thinking skills, with an interest in
business law and business litigation, exceptional writing skills, and strong law school academic performance. Top 20% preferred but not required.<o:p></o:p></p>
