A few postings to call to your attention:


Post grad judicial clerkship with Judge Conrad at the NC Business Court in Charlotte (Symplicity #18898):


The Honorable Adam M. Conrad, Special Superior Court Judge for Complex Business Cases, seeks a full-time judicial law clerk to begin August 2024 in the Charlotte chambers of the North Carolina Business Court.  Responsibilities include conducting legal research; drafting memoranda, orders, and opinions; participating in courtroom and chambers proceedings; and assisting in case management.  The clerkship term will be 1 or 2 years.  Applications accepted from Spring 2024 graduating classes or earlier.  Applicants should have keen critical thinking skills, with an interest in business law and business litigation, exceptional writing skills, and strong law school academic performance.  Top 20% preferred but not required.



Judge Conrad will consider applications on a rolling basis and may conduct interviews before the application deadline.


Post grad judicial clerkship with Judge Bledsoe at the NC Business Court (Symplicity # 19549):


The Honorable Louis A. Bledsoe, III, Chief Business Court Judge, seeks a full-time, judicial law clerk to begin August 2024 in the Charlotte chambers of the North Carolina Business Court.  Responsibilities include conducting legal research; drafting memoranda, orders, and opinions; participating in courtroom and chambers proceedings; and assisting in case management.  Applications accepted from Spring 2024 graduating classes or earlier. Top 10% required.
