2 quick things this morning:


  *   First, for recent grads who are still on this listserv, there is a temporary law clerk position with US Magistrate Judge Robert Numbers in Raleigh available for a term commencing in January 2024 and concluding in August 2024. Applicants can apply through OSCAR or the local career site.   Applications are currently being accepted through December 31, 2023. Spread the Word: 2024 Diversity Clerkship Program Applications are Due December 31

Please share this incredible clerkship opportunity with the first and second-year law students and law schools in your network! The Diversity Clerkship Program is a summer program that provides qualified, diverse first and second-year law students with support and mentoring in the business law field, exposure to business practices, and a $5,000 stipend to cover living expenses.

Clerks will be placed in a Business Court where their roles will include but are not limited to researching cases, drafting memoranda and opinions, observing trials, and networking with local attorneys and judges.

All application materials are due December 31, 2023.
