I’m sure you’ve already realized that supervising attorneys do not hand law clerks and associates neatly typed-up explanations of client facts and legal issues to analyze. On the contrary, they most often explain orally what they want an employee to do while
the employee feverishly writes notes on a pad, swiftly reviews those notes, asks relevant follow-up questions, and departs to jump on the research process. You will begin learning and practicing these skills right away in Week One, so you will need to come
to your first LRW II class prepared to do these tasks:</div>
