Good morning,

We hope you all had a good weekend!

Just a few quick things to highlight as your week gets underway.

Registration for Career Night is now OPEN! This evening, which is held on Monday, November 10 from 5:30-7:30 om at Union Station in Raleigh, is planned and curated for you as 1Ls to meet attorneys from across practice areas and settings, and you will not want to miss this unique networking opportunity. Register now to reserve your spot. As 1Ls, you will get priority registration before the event opens to 2Ls and 3Ls, at which time it typically reaches capacity and goes to a wait list. As we get closer to the event, you will receive additional information, including details on participating firms, organizations and attorneys, so you can prepare and make a great first impression. Our Prepare to Launch networking program on November 4 will also give practical strategies and tips for making conversation and navigating a large-scale networking event like Career Night. Resume Review/Initial Counseling Meetings are underway. We are enjoying meeting with all of you and getting to know you during your resume review meetings. If you have not received information about your counseling meeting or accessing your Symplicity account, please contact Martin Jones mjones at campbell.edu as soon as possible.

Opportunities to network and learn about practice settings this week: On Wednesday of this week, there are two great opportunities to network and learn. Our office is hosting an international law panel with 4 attorneys who practice/have practiced in a variety of settings. This is a great chance to meet them and learn about opportunities in international law, and we invite you to register here<https://cuweb.wufoo.com/forms/p14v3lta0i0w5sm/> if you would like to attend and get lunch. It will take place at noon on Wednesday in room 313. See the Career Advisor today for more details.

Also on Wednesday is the Dean's Lunch with the Bench series. This week he will host North Carolina Supreme Court Justice Tamara Barringer. As of last week, there were a few spots remaining, and if you want to join that program you must register with the Dean's assistant, Ms. Joia Powell in the Dean's suite.

Have a great week and as always, please reach out to our office with questions.

Warm regards,

Mallory Underwood
