Good afternoon,

Thanks to everyone who was able to attend the program today on Conducting Your 1L Job Search. We look forward to seeing you at the final installment of the Prepare to Launch Professional Development Series next week on November 4 when we welcome Camille Stell to speak on Strategic Networking.

In the meantime, there are 2 other quick things we want to call to your attention.


Interested in Biglaw?

  *   For those of you interested in big law, we invite you to join us for a casual conversation with the counselors at noon on Wednesday, November 5 in room 309. You do not need to register. Just come as you are and ask questions you may have about the big law process. We will not provide lunch for this event, but you are welcome to bring yours and eat while we talk.



1L Resume Review/Job Bank Access:

  *   Note that we will send an email early next week confirming when the job bank has been turned on for all students who have received final resume approval and uploaded their approved resume to Symplicity.
  *   We are working diligently this week to wrap up meetings and document review. If you have questions or need clarification about the status of your resume review, do not hesitate to reach out to your counselor.
  *   If you still have not met with your counselor and do not have an appointment scheduled, please reach to your counselor to get a meeting set up.
