<b>Spring Recruiting Program Overview. </b>The program will provide information about On Campus Interviews (OCIs), including how to bid/apply, and the North Carolina Legal Interview Program (NCLIP). We strongly encourage you to attend this lunchtime event to
learn about these two interview programs. There will be a link to sign up for lunch in the January 6 Career Advisor. </div>

of the employers who have already registered to participate. Employers will continue to sign up for all phases of OCIs well into the new year. **

In addition to a preview of important dates, today's Career Advisor also contains new job postings, information and resources for those who want to take advantage of the less hectic time over the next few weeks to focus on preparing for your summer job search.
Although there is nothing related to your job search that you <i>must</i> do over the break (unless you are applying for positions that have early deadlines), interview programs and recruiting generally will be upon us quickly when school resumes, so using
this time to research employers, explore job postings, work on drafts of your cover letters/application materials, and even do some informal outreach to attorneys in practice settings and areas of interest will help make things easier the first week back after
break. </div>
