The Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association Foundation is pleased to announce availability of the Elizabeth B. Fitzwater Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $2,500.00 to be awarded in May 2025 to a deserving currently enrolled second year law student who demonstrates a strong interest in practicing law in the public service/public interest sector in South Hampton Roads.

The application deadline is 5:00 p.m. on March 31, 2025
