Immigration Enforcement & Defense (Th, 6-8pm; Planning Credit) - If you plan to be a prosecutor or criminal defense lawyer, consider enrolling in this course. The class will be taught by two outstanding lawyers: Gabriel Diaz,
who is an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) for the Eastern District of North Carolina (and a distinguished Campbell Law graduate), and Sebastian Kielmanovich, who is a former AUSA and current criminal defense lawyer and Captain in the Army Reserve JAG
Corp. An abbreviated syllabus is attached. I expect this to be a great class. Without a doubt, it will add significant value to your knowledge and skills in criminal law practice. Please reach out to Mr. Diaz (gdiaz@campbell.edu) or Mr. Kielmanovich (kielmanovich@campbell.edu)
with questions about the course.

Administrative Law (M/W 8:30-10am, beginning January 13) - By popular demand, I am pleased to offer Administrative Law this semester. The class will be taught by Jack Nichols, a tremendous lawyer in this space for 40+ years

as a seminar and cover both North Carolina and federal administrative law. Mr. Nichols's role in shaping the history of administrative law in North Carolina is sure to fascinate everyone in the class, especially those interested in constitutional law and civil
litigation. The class will begin Monday, January 13. Mr. Nichols will be in the Dean's Conference Room on Monday, January 6, at 8:45 am to answer any questions about the course.

Professor Cox, and the Wednesday section, taught by our new Director of Competitive Advocacy, Professor Shekmer, who is a careerlong AUSA.
