Hello Beloved Incoming Law School Learners and Welcome!,

Welcome to the fall 2025 semester (well…almost)!  As you know, classes begin on tomorrow, Monday, August 18, 2025!  We hope that you enjoyed Orientation and are appreciating Campbell Advantage, and that it has you excited to officially begin the academic portion of your law school journey!  The below email has information about important upcoming deadlines relative to the Department of Registrar Services. I have also attached as a document, in case the content does not "paste" well:

DEADLINES

  *   LAST DAY TO WITHDRAW FROM LAW SCHOOL & RECEIVE A REFUND: Friday, August 22, 2025 at 4PM EST.
  *   REMOVAL FROM CLASSES: Per the Bursar’s Office, the following Bill Clearance process must be completed PRIOR TO NOON on Friday, August 22, 2025, or else you will be removed from classes and not allowed to attend until appropriate communication has occurred with the Bursar’s Office.
     *   SFRA= Student Financial Responsibility Agreement
     *   SFCI= Student Financial Check-In
     *   Financial aid to satisfy all charges must be in place with credit-based loans approved and required actions for aid to disburse to your student account completed.
     *   Any remaining balance, after financial aid, must be paid in full or by enrolling in a payment plan option.
  *   For more information on the Bill Clearance process and to access the Student Financial Responsibility Agreement and Student Financial Check-In form, please visit https://www.campbell.edu/bursars-office/payments/bill-clearance/
  *   Beloved graduate school learners, if any of the above applies to you, you would have received multiple communications from the Bursar’s Office and/or Mrs. Clark, Associate Director of Financial Aid for the law school.  If you have any concerns at all in this matter, please reach out to one of them.  This is a process in which the Department of Registrar Services has no control regarding the deregistration of your schedule if you do not timely respond to their emails.
  *   LAST DAY TO DROP A CLASS: Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 4PM EST.
     *   Note:  You will need a signed DROP form from your professor once classes begin, which you can find on PODIO<https://podio.com/campbelllaw/cu-allaccess/apps/students#12>.
  *   LAST DAY TO WITHDRAW FROM A COURSE WITHOUT TRIGGERING A FAILING GRADE: Monday, October 27, 2025 at 4PM.
