[Law25] Regalia & ticket pick up and graduation employment survey

Good afternoon,

We hope you are all doing well as you make your way through finals. It is hard to believe you are on the brink of completing your final year of law school!

Last week you all received a comprehensive email from the registrar's office regarding graduation, which included information on picking up regalia and graduation tickets and completing your graduate employment survey. For your convenience, that information is contained again below. Note that the fist scheduled pick up date for regalia and tickets is next Tuesday, April 29.

For each graduating class, the law school is required by the ABA to capture employment information twice a year – at graduation and ten months post-graduation – and then report outcomes to the ABA and NALP. So, whether you have secured employment, remain in the job market, plan to pursue an additional degree, or opt to delay employment in the short term, we need you to complete this survey – now before graduation and then 10 months later.
NOTE: This is an ABA accreditation requirement of every law school. We must have 100% participation and we will be following up with all graduates until a response is received (for those who graduate between Sept 1, 2024, through August 2025).

Review and complete the Graduate Employment Survey (GES) in your Symplicity account before visiting the Career Center to pick-up your graduation regalia (gown, mortarboard cap, and tassel). Step by step instructions are attached.

We will be checking Symplicity as you come to retrieve your regalia, and if it is not filled out, you will be asked to fill out a paper form BEFORE you will be handed your regalia.

If you would like for someone else to pick up your Regalia for you, you must first email permission to Melissa Peacock (mpeacock at campbell.edu) AND you must have your GES completed before pick up. If it is not completed, we can not hand over the Regalia to your representative.

Schedule for Regalia and Ticket pick up in the Career Center (Suite 101) is below, and you can drop in any time during these time frames:
     *
Tuesday, April 29, 2025 between 10:30AM-1:00PM
     *
Friday, May 02, 2025 between 10:30AM-1:00PM
     *
Tuesday, May 06, 2025  between 10:30AM-1:00PM
     *
Each of you will receive a bundle of 11 tickets when you pick up your regalia.

If you are unable to make it during one of the scheduled times, please contact Melissa Peacock at mpeacock at campbell.edu. She will work with you to arrange an appointment time for pick-up.

You can drop off locker keys in Office 432 (located behind the right-side elevator). Mrs. Porter has provided envelopes and a drop-box on the windowsill for your convenience.
