[Law25] Westlaw & Lexis Registration Information

Good afternoon,
Now that you are mid-way through your first week of law school, I thought you might be ready to set up your Westlaw, Lexis, and CALI passwords.  Below is the information you need to know about each.  If you encounter any problems in setting up your passwords, do not hesitate to contact me or any other member of the library staff.

Westlaw Password Registration

  *   You will receive an email from Thomson Reuters this afternoon.
  *   The email will have your authorization code for setting up your username and password.
  *   The email will also give you step by step instructions for accessing Westlaw to begin the process for setting up your credentials.
  *   Make sure you use you campbell.edu email address when you set up your profile.
  *   Make a note of your username and password and keep both in a secure location.

Lexis Password Registration

  *   Attached is a document which contains the authorization code you will need to set up your username and password to access Lexis.
  *   The attachment also gives you step by step instructions for accessing Lexis to begin the process for setting up your credentials.
  *   Make sure you use your campbell.edu email address when you set up your profile.
  *   Make a note of your username and password and keep both in a secure location.

CALI Password Registration

  *   Go to www.cali.org/register<http://www.cali.org/register>
  *   The authorization code you need is CAMPBLstu30 (the authorization code is case sensitive).
  *   Complete the information requested on the registration page.
  *   Make sure you use your Campbell.edu email address.
  *   Make a note of your username and password and keep both in a secure location.

First-year Orientation Guide

  *   You can locate the library orientation guide at  https://law-campbell.libguides.com/orientation
  *   It will answer your questions regarding library hours, study room reservations as well as database access.
  *   If you have questions, do not hesitate to ask one of the public service librarians.
