[Law24] Family Law Essay Workshop - Thursday at 1:00 pm

Dear Graduates,

I have been hearing from some of you that you are concerned about Family Law and the possible essay topics commonly tested, especially if you did not take Family Law while in Law School. For this reason, we are going to have a Family Law Essay Workshop with our own Professor Waugaman at the Law School this Thursday, July 8th at 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm in Room 105.

Professor Waugaman is graciously offering his time and expertise to go over the most commonly tested topics in Family Law like Equitable Distribution of Property, Child Custody, Pre-Nuptial Agreements, and the UCCJEA to name a few hot topics ripe for testing.

If you plan to attend this free and informative session, please respond to this email or to me whether you plan to attend so we can get an idea on numbers. As Family Law was not tested on the February Bar Exam or July 2023, this is a subject that the odds look good that it will show up in July. Get a leg up and a great overview or a refresh on this favorite essay subject of the NCBLE. See you on Thursday!
