Good morning,
This is a gentle reminder that papers vying for the Lake Constitutional Law award must be submitted to me by noon on April 6, 2023.  I will accept submissions beginning on Monday, April 3, 2023, but not before.  Remember to submit your paper with a title page that does not have your name on it (your name can't appear anywhere on the paper).  Also, submit just a title page with your name.  If you have any questions, please let me know.
