Hi DHSc Class of 2028,

I hope you’re doing well! Your DHSc Class Officer Elections are now open, and we invite you to cast your vote for the candidates who will represent your class.

Please submit your vote by Monday, December 8 at 2:00 PM. After votes close, I will notify the selected candidates individually and then share the final results with your cohort.

Positions on the Ballot

  *   President – Leadership, class representation, communication with faculty

  *   Vice President (Social Media) – Leadership support and messaging management

  *   Secretary/Treasurer – Documentation, note keeping, and oversight of class funds (as applicable)

  *   Chaplain – Supports class well-being and coordinates care gestures for peers

Please note:
Not every position received a nomination or the nomination was not accepted. Because of this, write-ins are available for all officer positions and each student may submit only one vote.

If a write-in receives the majority vote, I will first verify academic standing and then reach out to the student to determine whether they would like to accept the role. If there is a tie, a runoff election will be held.

Please submit your vote no later than Monday, December 8 at 2:00 PM. Once voting closes, I will contact selected candidates individually and then share results with the cohort.
